Qualifications

• 5+ years' retail management or 2+ years as Assistant Store Manager in automotive.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Assistant Store Manager, Service Manager, and Retail Sales Manager as needed to support store operations.
• Lead and direct store staff engaged in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on repair procedures and customer service standards.
• Schedule front and back shop employees to maintain appropriate staffing levels for operating hours.
• Review sales and performance records, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies.
• Manage inventory, including requisitioning and accounting for equipment, parts, and tires.
• Perform housekeeping, facility upkeep, and miscellaneous assignments.
• Execute personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure operations are conducted safely and in accordance with policies.
