Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and staff.
• Drive labor sales, gross profit, and technician productivity.
• Improve CSI and customer retention.
• Manage daily service drive and shop workflow.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Parts and other departments to boost Fixed Operations.
