Qualifications

• Automotive dealership service experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
• Drive department performance in labor sales, gross profit, hours per RO, technician productivity, and efficiency.
• Improve and maintain CSI and customer retention.
• Manage daily service drive and shop workflow.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing staff.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with Parts and other departments to improve Fixed Operations.
• Address escalated customer concerns professionally.

While Hyundai experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual who demonstrates strong leadership, work ethic, automotive knowledge, and a genuine desire to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff

• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing employees
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement action plans when opportunities are identified
• Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards
• Work closely with the Parts Department and other dealership departments to improve overall Fixed Operations performance
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain a culture focused on teamwork, communication, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement
