Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading others.
• 3-5 years of management level experience in shop and service management, within the construction equipment rental industry is preferred.
• Previous service/maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and guide others.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Strategic mindset for short- and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shop and field service mechanics, ensuring maintenance, repair, and availability of equipment as needed.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve goals effectively.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet rental contract obligations.
• Lead continuous improvement across service performance metrics.
• Guide the team in meeting performance, productivity, and efficiency standards.
• Establish clear responsibilities and streamlined processes for monitoring work.
