Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Extensive experience in repair/maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Planning and management experience.
• Computer literacy and reporting experience.
• Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment, organizing yard and readiness to rent.
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and ensure equipment availability.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provides training and assistance to staff mechanics.
• Learns maintenance requirements of new equipment with vendors; documents status before and after service.
• Handles customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation and promotes safety awareness.
