Complete Home Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead the service department, develop Field Service Supervisors, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years in HVAC/electrical/plumbing or related home services preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable with numbers.
• Ability to work occasional irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Service Supervisors, technicians, and installers.
• Drive sales performance, workmanship quality, and process adherence through coaching and reviews.
• Oversee daily operations, dispatch, scheduling, and customer issue resolution.
• Recruit, hire, and grow technicians across career levels.
• Track metrics, review callbacks, and report results to ownership weekly.
• Ensure compliance, vehicle readiness, and a safe work environment.
• Act as ambassador for company values and professionalism.
