Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing a branch, service center, or field operations site.
• Experience managing location profit and loss, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Proven leadership across multi-disciplinary teams of field technicians and office staff.
• Strong expertise in service dispatch, scheduling, and customer account management.
• Background in glass, construction, home services, or specialized trade field services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and supervise technicians, customer service, and support personnel
