LOOKOUT PEST CONTROL LLC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Service Manager to hire, train, and coach field technicians while supporting operational excellence, customer retention, and route efficiency.

As a Service Manager, you will lead a team of up to 10 technicians, drive recruiting and development, and oversee coaching, scheduling, and customer communication. You’ll champion our “Employees First, Customers Always” culture and protect our strong service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Pest Control.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians.
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members.
• Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development.
• Support routing and scheduling efficiency.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates.
• Build customer relationships and increase service retention.
• Monitor team metrics and provide real-time feedback and performance reports.

A Day in the Life of a Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 technicians and play a key role in branch operations. You will guide hiring, performance coaching, customer communication, and route optimization. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians at our Charlotte location
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members

What We’re Looking For
