Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Fort Myers, FL, to lead a high-performance service operation and develop a team of Orkin Pros. No prior industry experience is required thanks to Orkin’s award-winning training program, with opportunities to grow a rewarding career and community impact.

The role blends technical pest-management knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills to ensure top-tier satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time.
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
