Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Florida to lead a high-performance service operation, train and develop the team, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will blend sales leadership with technical knowledge and people skills to drive growth and safety.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Orkin Pros, champion innovation, and oversee scheduling, routing, and inventory to boost efficiency while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide the world's best service while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
