Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Fort Wayne to lead a high-performance service operation, train and develop the Orkin Pros, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role blends technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills and community engagement to grow revenue and protect homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Able to interact with clients and work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service with safety as a priority.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and the Ride‑Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Support team adoption of new products, services, and technology.
