Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high‑performance service operation, train and develop the team, and deliver top‑notch pest control service to customers. You’ll blend industry knowledge with strong communication, ensuring safety and customer trust in every engagement.

You’ll play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and driving performance, while supporting community initiatives and growth in a recession‑resistant industry.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service operation after paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top service while prioritizing safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride‑Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and action plans.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services, and technology.
