• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees and conducting daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for staff including hours, schedules, and task assignments
• Creating a safe, fun environment with core values and contests/incentives
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
