Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage front-of-house staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for every guest.

You will drive sales, supervise training, manage liquor costs and scheduling, and uphold food safety standards, while coaching team members and developing hourly staff through daily feedback and performance reviews. This role offers a collaborative, people-first culture with strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front-of-house staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness.
• Provide or coordinate Front of House training and development.
• Manage performance evaluations and coaching for staff.
• Control liquor orders and costs, ensuring Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks across open hours.
• Recruit Front of House employees and participate in hiring decisions.
