Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the dining area. The position includes training, performance management, liquor cost control, and staff development, with a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead Front of House teams.
• Experience in coaching and disciplining staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training; manage performance and conduct evaluations.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; ensure Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Assist with development of key FOH employees and schedule weekly hours.
• Review applications, interview, and hire FOH staff; direct work and assign tasks.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals; run contests and incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.
