Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold the brand values.

This role drives sales, enforces policies, provides Front of House training, manages performance, liquor orders and costs, and ensures safety and compliance across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety.
• Providing or directing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks.
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and contests.
• Understanding and applying safe food handling procedures.
