Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests. Responsibilities include sales driving, training, scheduling, and staff development to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes enforcing policies, safety, and compliance, while offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Competenze

• Experience leading Front of House teams and delivering Legendary guest experiences.
• Strong training, coaching, and performance management skills for hourly staff.
• Scheduling and workforce planning to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Liquor ordering, cost control, and adherence to Responsible Alcohol Service.

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by implementing effective service steps and maintaining guests' positive experience.
