Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-end operations, motivate a team, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will drive sales, assist with scheduling, staff development, and oversee store activities in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading store operations including profit & loss, safety, staffing, training, and performance appraisals.
• Professional communication skills, detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee the store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive store sales, recruit, engage, and retain team members.
• Prepare schedules, train team members, and develop staff.
• Foster customer advocacy through strong leadership and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and labeling standards.
