Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-end operations and motivate a store team toward exceptional customer service.

This role supports store leadership in scheduling, hiring, coaching, and achieving sales, labor, and shrink targets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Service Manager drives a positive store culture, develops team members, and acts as the leader in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience with building operations, profitability, safety and staffing.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical and decisive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring superior service and customer advocacy.
• Plan work schedules, recruit, engage, and retain team members; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate incentives, hiring events, and staff development across shifts.
