Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing service team. You will hire and manage performance, drive results, and ensure world-class service at customer sites.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching a team of service reps, coordinating with customers, and achieving sales, payroll, and budget goals while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Valid driver license required.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
