Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, guiding overall team performance, and training staff on effective sales techniques while delivering world-class service at customer sites.

The role requires managing budgets and achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, plus hands-on support with field staff, driving a company vehicle when needed, and maintaining high customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service (preferred).
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer-facing Service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Improve overall team performance and foster a safe, high-satisfaction working environment.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and ensure goodwill at customer sites.

• Provide hands-on support to service reps and, when needed, visit customer locations and operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
