Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Boise area is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and manage performance, and promote safety and high service standards at customer sites.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, driving sales, managing budget, and delivering world-class service while supporting field staff on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license is required.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
