Job summary

Cintas Corporation in the United States is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team, including hiring, performance management and building a safety-focused work environment.

You will drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues, training the team on sales techniques, supporting service reps on-site, visiting customers, and steering the operation to meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals within the budget.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership by fostering a safe working environment and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
