Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee hiring, performance management and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading by example, ensuring safety, and training staff in sales techniques while supporting field operations and budget goals. The position involves hands-on support for the team, visiting customer sites, and driving a company vehicle as part of day-to-day

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team and oversee hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and manage goodwill at customer sites.
• Track and achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
