Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior Front of House & Back of House Manager experience.
• 3+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
• Meets all company service standards.
• Energetic and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Continuously touch tables and get to know guests.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Train and develop team members to ensure high standards of service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety regulations and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and shifts.
