Reliable Superstore is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our dealership service operation and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving performance. You will oversee teammates across service, parts, and technicians, develop staff, and implement processes to improve CSI, productivity, and profitability in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to safety, compliance, and coaching a diverse team to deliver service

Qualifications

• Previous Dealership Service Manager experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives.
• Experience driving CSI improvement and sustained profitability.
• High-energy, organized, and results-driven leadership style.
• Passion for developing a proficient team made up of diverse employees with wide ranging backgrounds and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of dealership service operation.
• Drive a best-in-class customer experience with a strong focus on CSI and customer retention while continuously raising the bar on efficiency and overall department performance.
• Actively engage with customers to resolve concerns and build long-term relationships.
• Hire, train, develop and motivate service advisors and technicians.
• Improve employee productivity, morale, and accountability.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, prioritize and implement strategies to grow department production and profitability.
