• ProvenExperience as a Service Manager in a high-volume franchised new-car dealership.
• Demonstrated success leading large service teams and driving department performance.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent CSI.
• Process-oriented leadership style with exceptional organizational skills.
• Positive, hands-on leader who leads by example and holds the team accountable.
• Experience with CDK Drive, Xtime, and other modern dealership technology.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Competitive compensation package in the $190,000 – $225,000 range with room for further growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 30+ service department employees
• Maintain efficient service department processes and daily workflow
• Drive productivity, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining outstanding CSI scores
• Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable culture
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Utilize modern dealership technology and reporting tools to improve department performance
• Partner closely with the Parts Department to maximize efficiency and customer service
• Recruit, train, and retain top service talent as the department continues to grow
• Prepare the department for future facility expansion and increased service volume
