Sternberg Automotive Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service department in Louisville, KY. You will manage service operations, oversee staff, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving growth and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong service management and customer service backgrounds, with a commitment to upholding a high CSI and coordinating with internal teams to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a service manager.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed.
• Understand customer needs and match requirements to service options.
• Explain services performed and keep customers informed throughout the service.
• Stay up to date on new products and training.
• Maintain a service follow-up system to support repeat and referral business.
