CarGuys Inc. in Kenner, LA seeks a commanding, process‑driven Service Manager who can walk into a busy service drive and elevate the operation.

You will tighten processes, coach advisors, and align technicians to deliver fast, accurate service and strong CSI. This role requires leading full service department operations, boosting revenue, managing warranty and dispatch, and maintaining a culture technicians want to work in.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Fixed Ops Manager.
• Strong leadership with accountability.
• Deep understanding of warranty, multipoint inspections, dispatch, and service lane flow.
• Ability to build a culture technicians actually want to work in.
• Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.).
