Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years as a Service Manager, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with a focus on leadership, training, and continuous improvement in an automotive dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Automotive Service Management / Dealership: 5 years
• Clean and valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
• Understand customers' requirements and concerns; match to service options.
• Make the customer comfortable with the service and keep them informed during the process.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and attend training as required.
• Maintain a service follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Hire and supervise all service department personnel and monitor performance.
• Create goals and an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high CSI rating by handling complaints promptly.
