Job summary

DH Pace Company, a leader in door, docking, and security products, seeks a Service Manager for Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on hands-on leadership of service and installation teams with direct customer interaction.

You will oversee scheduling, dispatching, and field operations while maintaining budgets and driving service quality. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years’ work experience with supervisory responsibilities desirable.
• Must be an excellent communicator with strong organization and mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and installation technicians and manage department budget and P&L.
• Schedule/dispatch employees and assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Hire/train technicians and administrative staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
