Gilroy Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing service department in Gilroy, CA. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous service and a superior customer experience, while managing technicians and service advisors and driving hire decisions.

You will own the customer journey, coordinate between technicians and customers, and ensure lasting positive impressions through concierge-style support and relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications

• Technical automotive knowledge.
• Background in service management preferred.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Liaise between technicians and customers.
• Own the customer experience and ensure a positive impression.
