Livermore Lincoln is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Gilroy CDJR Team and drive a growing service department. The role focuses on staffing, budgeting, and implementing effective service delivery with strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate will have technical automotive knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and a background in dealership service operations to maintain high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Technical automotive knowledge required.
• Experience managing service staff a plus.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors staff performance.
• Administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Maintains reporting systems for management and factory.
• Attends managers meetings and uses reports to guide decisions.
• Monitors department performance with reports and surveys.
• Develops marketing plans to promote new and repeat business.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and warranty procedures.
• Directs and schedules all department activities and staff.
• Provides training and coordinates with training schools as needed.
• Keeps customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Represents the department with factory personnel.
