Job summary

Greco Properties seeks a Service Manager for its on-site Aloma Property in Shoreview, MN. The role demands an outgoing, detail-oriented leader who can oversee turnover, move-ins, rent-ready processes, and vendor coordination.

You will recruit and mentor staff, coordinate resident events, and ensure clear, timely communications with residents and contractors while maintaining budgetary control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property Management experience.
• Market rate/luxury property management experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily property walks including common areas, amenities, vacant units, models, etc.
• Management of every aspect of the apartment turnover process, including communication, scheduling, staff, vendors, file integrity, etc., to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Perform in-person move-in meetings with all incoming residents.
• Ensure the rent-ready process, policy, and expectations are met including rent-ready inspections.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and mentor staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events.
• Manage all communications ensuring timely responses and consistent messaging with a service-forward approach to residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Order supplies and parts for the property within budget or with approval.
• Review and approve payroll.
• Perform seasonal duties as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

This position is an onsite role in beautiful and established Shoreview at our Aloma Property! This property is a class Class A + luxury apartment building.
