Job summary

Greco Properties is seeking a Property Manager for a Shoreview, MN community. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate turnover, and ensure a five-star resident experience in a Class A+ luxury building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Property management experience required.
• Market rate/luxury property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily property walks of common areas, amenities, vacant units, and models.
• Oversee turnover processes: communication, scheduling, staff, vendors, file integrity for a 5-star experience.
• Conduct in-person move-in meetings with residents.
• Ensure rent-ready processes and inspections meet policy and expectations.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and mentor staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events.
• Communicate effectively with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Order supplies and parts within budget or with approved authority.
• Review and approve payroll.
• Perform seasonal duties and other tasks as assigned.

Greco Properties is looking for a Property Manager for a diverse and unique community of guests in Shoreview, MN.

This position is an onsite role in beautiful and established Shoreview at our Aloma Property! This property is a class Class A + luxury apartment building.

Responsibilities

• Daily Property walks including common areas, amenities, vacant units, models, etc.
• Management of every aspect of the apartment turnover process, (communication, scheduling, staff, vendors, file integrity, etc. to ensure a 5 star experience.
• Perform in-person move-in meetings with all incoming residents.
• Ensure the rent ready process, policy, and expectations are being met including performing the rent ready inspection.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and mentor staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events.
• Manage all communications ensuring timely responses, consistent messaging, and conveying information effectively with a service forward approach to residents, guests, vendors, and co-workers.
• Order supplies, parts, etc. for the property within budget or with approval
• Review and approval payroll
• Perform seasonal duties as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Property Management Experience
• Market rate/luxury property management experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient is required.
• Yardi Experience Preferred
