Key Scales Ford in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. This leadership role directs daily operations, drives customer satisfaction, and ensures profitability and efficiency.

You will develop the service team, hire and supervise staff, and maintain a high CSI by addressing customer needs and coordinating with the service advisors. Ford experience is preferred, Reynolds & Reynolds familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager.
• Ford experience preferred.
• Clean and valid Driver's License.

Key Scales Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our dealership’s service department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, driving customer satisfaction, developing the service team, and ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
• Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
• Making the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
• Creating goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager is required
• Ford experience preferred
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Previous experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred
• Clean and valid Driver's License
