The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Ford service operations, warranty requirements, and dealership financials, with a proven track record in coaching Service Advisors and Technicians in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ford dealership experience is required.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or senior Ford service leader.
• Strong knowledge of Ford policies, warranty requirements, standards, and service programs.
• Experience leading Service Advisors and Technicians in a high-volume dealership.
• Understanding of service department financials, productivity, gross profit, CSI, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach employees, improve performance, and hold a team accountable.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians.

• Monitor CSI and other KPIs.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability throughout the department.
• Ensure compliance with Ford policies, warranty requirements, service programs, and dealership standards.
• Oversee repair orders, workflow, warranty processes, and daily service operations.
• Manage customer concerns and escalated situations professionally.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain qualified service employees.
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and customer-focused department.
• Work closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership.

Krieger Ford is hiring an experienced Ford Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is a key leadership position for a proven Ford dealership professional who can develop a strong team, improve department performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not an entry level management opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Ford service operations, policies, warranty requirements, financial performance, and dealership standards.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required. Exact daily hours will be discussed during the interview. Closed Sundays.

What You’ll Do

As the Ford Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operation of the Service Department.

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication, organization, and decision making abilities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team focused leadership style
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
