Job summary

Ford dealership in Seattle is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead service staff, oversee daily operations, ensure accurate financial records, and keep customers informed with clear updates.

The role requires at least 3 years as a service manager, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between dealerships; you will mentor staff, set department goals, manage budgets, analyze pricing, and drive high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum as a service manager, preferably with Ford.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to manage multiple operations at multiple locations.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Technical certifications.
  • Ability to prepare statements and forecast upcoming months.
  • Knowledge of ordering and inventory management.
  • Availability to travel to different dealerships if needed.

  • Create departmental goals and assist dealerships in achieving them.
  • Ensure staff completed relevant training and certifications.
  • Handle customer complaints at any dealership.
  • Create budgets and track expenses.
  • Analyze product prices to ensure proper market positioning.
  • Prepare reports for corporate office and assist with special projects.

Job Type & Schedule
