Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or equivalent.
• Lease-Up experience is a must.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Leadership and team management with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
