CarShop US is seeking an experienced Automotive Retail Service Manager to lead our Cranberry Service Department. You will develop people, optimize operations, and drive performance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail service management experience required.
• Proven experience leading and developing Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance, productivity, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily Retail Service Department operations.
• Coach, train, and develop Service Advisors and Service Technicians.
• Manage technician and advisor scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental performance and drive the team toward established goals.
• Ensure Service Advisors consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall department performance.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across Service, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments.
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.

What We’re Looking For
