Qualifikationen

• Automotive retail service management experience required.
• Proven experience leading Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage daily Retail Service Department operations.
• Coach, train, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Schedule technicians and advisors to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental performance and drive toward established goals.
• Ensure Service Advisors consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall department performance.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across Service, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments.
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Maintain CarShop's standards, values, and culture throughout the department.
• Lead by example while creating an accountable, positive, and high-performing team environment.
