CarShop in Chester Springs, PA seeks an Automotive Retail Service Manager to lead the Service Department, develop people, improve operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a Fortune 500 automotive group with strong growth opportunities.

You will manage daily service operations, coach technicians and advisors, schedule to maximize productivity, and align with Parts and Sales to maintain CarShop standards and a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily Retail Service Department operations.
• Coach, train, and develop Service Advisors and Service Technicians.
• Manage technician and advisor scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental performance and drive the team toward established goals.
• Ensure Service Advisors consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall department performance.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across Service, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments.
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Maintain CarShop's standards, values, and culture throughout the department.
