You will lead daily branch operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance, with glazing and building products knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize operational workflows and track KPIs to meet financial targets.
• Lead daily operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance.
• Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and admin staff.
• Build relationships with key clients and serve as the main escalation point for complex projects and glazing service requests.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead a safety-first culture across all branch operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Center Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a high-volume service center on the East Coast.

In this role, you will lead daily branch operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance. Because our core services include commercial and residential glazing solutions, candidates with a background in glass, windows, or building products will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & P&L: Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize operational workflows, and track KPIs to meet financial targets.

Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and admin staff.
