Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with customers for service scheduling, and drive store growth. The role offers opportunities for career advancement within a successful company.

The ideal candidate will have management and sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide service staff while maintaining inventory and work orders with accuracy.

Competenze

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency
• Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels
• Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels
• Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments
• Ensure service employees receive proper training and development
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• Preferred: Experience in management and sales
• Strongly preferred: Previous experience in the tire industry
• Ability to read and verify work order details accurately
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
• Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
