Pomp's Tire Service is seeking a Service Manager to drive daily operations and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with customers to schedule service needs, delegate tasks to technicians, and support inventory management in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver check.
• Preferred: experience in management and sales.
• Strongly preferred: prior tire industry experience.
• Ability to read and verify work order details accurately.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels.
• Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels.
• Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure service employees receive proper training and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
• Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
