Redline Powersports Augusta is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead our Augusta service department. You will build a strong team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and help the department meet its goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching Service Advisors, optimizing technician workflows, and maintaining quality with manufacturer warranty procedures. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and career growth in a locally owned dealership.

Qualifications

• At least two years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to identify operational issues and develop effective corrective actions.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees.
• Good judgment and professionalism when handling challenging situations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Service Manager — Redline Powersports Augusta

Redline Powersports is an authorized dealer for Polaris, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Spyder, Indian Motorcycle, and CFMOTO, serving Augusta, Georgia, and the surrounding communities. We offer a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and UTVs.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Augusta service department. The right person is organized, builds strong teams, and knows how to create a great customer experience while helping a department meet its goals.
