Redline Powersports in Augusta, GA is seeking a customer-focused Parts & Accessories Associate with Harley Davidson or powersports experience. You will support sales plans, assist customers, manage displays, and coordinate with service staff to meet parts needs.

Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Flexible schedule and weekend availability help us maintain a great team environment and outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to dealership customers.
• Assist Parts and Accessories manager with sales plans.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Handle phone transactions quickly and courteously.
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Point out sales, specials, new merchandise and promote additional products.
• Assist guests with Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.
• Develop knowledge of Parts and Accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorsports service.
• Interface with Service Technicians to meet Parts needs.
• Notify service personnel when special or back-ordered parts arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Parts Department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to all the dealership’s customers.

• Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously, and with dignity.
• Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
• Keep current with Parts and Accessories merchandising and inventory control topics as assigned by the Parts Manager.
• Accept direction, follow instructions, and work well with other people.
• Must have ability to get along with a broad guest base.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogfor motorcycles

A valid driver’s license

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
