Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 3+ years advanced repair experience in two or more building trades.
• Experience with REAC/HQS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for appliances and HVAC.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks for building systems.
