Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Three years of experience in property management or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for appliances.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies.
• Prepare and repair vacant apartments for move-ins.
