Job summary

Fields Auto Group is seeking a loaner coordinator for our busy service department in Seattle area to provide a luxury experience to customers. This full-time role includes benefits and a focus on maintaining the loaner fleet and service drive efficiency.

The position emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, strong organization, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with vendors and staff. Hours are Tue–Fri 7:30–4:30 and Sat 8:00–6:00, with pay $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE.

• Customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask with customers, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
